Refund Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no need to return the product. We want you to keep it or donate it locally.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We process all approved refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damages & Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at matusiakjalub@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us and we will resolve it immediately — either with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations Refund requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. Each order is eligible for one refund request.
