Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days. During peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, carrier issues, weather), delivery may take up to 21 business days.
Order Tracking Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time.
Customs & Duties Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to additional import duties. In rare cases, customs may delay your package — this is beyond our control but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 21 business days, contact us at matusiakjalub@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly — either with a replacement or full refund.
